玻纤增强复合材料冲击Hugoniot参数实验研究
Experimental Studies on Impact Hugoniot Parameters of Glass-fiber Reinforced Composite
【摘要】 在单级轻气炮上,对一种玻纤增强复合材料的冲击Hugoniot参数进行了实验研究。最高撞击速度为520 m/s,相应在靶中得到的最高撞击压力为2.815 GPa.压力测试采用锰铜计,PVDF产生的压电信号用于判读激波速度。由实验结果拟合得到了玻纤增强复合材料的Hugoniot线性关系和Grüneisen系数。
【Abstract】 The experiments for the impact Hugoniot parameters of the glass-fiber reinforced composite were conducted on a single-stage light-gas gun,in which the impact velocities are from 312 to 520 m/s,and the corresponding impact peak stresses in the targets are from 0.842 to 2.815 GPa.The pressure was measured by Mn-Cu gauge,the shock wave velocity was determined by the signal output from PVDF sensor.Fitted the experiment results,the linear Hugoniot relation in the tested stress range can be obtained.The Grüneisen coefficient can be calculated also.
