低速冲击下的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛夹层风挡玻璃动态响应研究
Research on Dynamic Response of PVB Laminated Windshield Subjected to Low Velocity Impact
【摘要】 利用准静态3点弯曲实验技术获得了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)夹层风挡玻璃力学性能,并建立其线弹性本构关系。将建立的本构关系嵌入有限元软件中对人体头部冲击PVB夹层风挡玻璃进行数值模拟分析。结果表明,PVB夹层风挡玻璃在人体头部冲击下容易发生破损,也具有一定的吸能效果。力学实验结合数值分析方法为研究PVB夹层风挡玻璃动态响应提供了一条有效的途径。
【Abstract】 Mechanical behavior of polyvinyl butyral(PVB) laminated windshield under quasi-static loading was experimentally studied and its constitutive relation was then established.With the constitutive relation embedded into a commercial finite element software,the dynamic response of PVB laminated windshield subject to pedestrian’s head impact was investigated numerically.The simulation results show that cracks will easily occur during the impact;however,the PVB interlayer is able to mitigate the impact energy to a certain extent.Combined experimental and numerical study provides us a new and reliable method to study the dynamic response of windshield on vehicle.
