【摘要】 [目的]观察孟鲁司特钠对毛细支气管炎患儿的临床疗效。[方法]选择80例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,两组均采用常规平喘、祛痰、抗感染、普米克加特布他林雾化吸入等综合性治疗,治疗组加用孟鲁司特钠4mg,每晚顿服,疗程3个月;观察并比较两组患儿主要症状和体征消失时间,并随访12个月,观其喘息再发作的情况。[结果]治疗组的主要临床症状及体征消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组,差异有显著性(x2=6.05,P<0.05)。在随访12个月期间,治疗组有2例出现再次喘息,而对照组有8例,其中2例出现喘息后加用孟鲁司特钠口服后未再复发。[结论]毛细支气管炎加用孟鲁司特钠治疗后能明显改善症状和体征,缩短住院时间,降低感染引起的气道高反应性,降低喘息的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium on bronchiolitis.[Method] Recruit 80 cases,randomly divide them into treatment and control groups with 40 in each,both take routine therapy,the treatment one is added with Montelukast Sodium for 3m.Observe both symptoms and signs disappearance time;and follow up for 12m to observe their recurrence.[Result] The disappearance time in the treatment group was shorter than other group,the total effective rate was more than control one with marked difference between them;in follow-up time,there’s 2 cases of recurrence in treatment group,while 8 in control one.[Conclusion] Montelukast Sodium can markedly relieve bronchiolitis symptoms and signs,shorten in-hospital time,reduce infected airway hyperactivity and asthma rate.更多还原
