【摘要】 [目的]观察七味白术散治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。[方法]将136例门诊患者随机分成实验组和对照组。对照组采用西医常规方法治疗,实验组在西医常规治疗的基础上,加用七味白术散治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率为92.67%,对照组为77.95%。两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]七味白术散合西医治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻临床效果优于纯西医治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of infant autumn diarrhea.[Method] Total 136 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were used in treatment group while the western medicine was used in control group.[Result] The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.67%,while control group was 77.95%.There was significance of difference between two groups.[Conclusion] The clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of infant autumn diarrhea were better than those of western medicine.更多还原
