【摘要】 市民社会是现代性确立的重要标志和现代性个体主体性原则的重要体现。但在资本主义条件下,市民社会受资本逻辑的支配,成为私人利益的战场,从而使得现代性走向了自我悖反;市民社会中公共领域的诞生揭示了现代性自我救赎的希望;公共领域追寻公共性,是国家与市民社会之间以及市民社会内部的利益个体之间通过自由沟通以形成理解、或通过商谈以达成妥协的机制或制度化渠道。公共领域可以调节国家与社会的关系,成为资本主义条件下现代性自我救赎的希望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Civil society is not only a mark of modernity but also an important manifestation of its subjectivity/individuality principle.But dominated by the capital logic,civil society became a battlefield of private interests in capitalist society.Fortunately,public sphere which was born in civil society shows us the hope of self-salvation of modernity.Because in pursuit of publicity,public sphere can be seen as a mechanism or a system by which understandings or compromises between the nation and civil society or individual interests within the civil society will reach by free communication.Having the critic function,the public sphere can correct the extreme behavior of the nation or civil society;accordingly correct the self-antinomy of modernity.Thereby,it becomes the hope of self-salvation of western modernity in capitalist society.更多还原
