河北省鸭梨主产区梨果内在品质的综合评价

【摘要】 以河北省鸭梨为研究对象,采用层次分析法和聚类分析法,对鸭梨内在品质进行综合评价。结果表明:糖酸比是影响鸭梨品质的主导因子,硬度、总糖、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸是影响鸭梨品质的重要因子,VC则对鸭梨品质贡献率较低。该研究可为河北省鸭梨品种的品质改良提供依据。

【Abstract】 Taking Yali’ pear in Hebei as research object, the quality of the Yali’ pear in Hebei province by the methods of analytic hierarchy process and cluster method were executed comperehensive evaluation.The results showed that sugar acid ratio was the main factor influenced the quality of Yali’ pear,hardness,CS,soluble solids and titratable acid were important factors which influenced the quality of Yali’ pear,the contribution rate of VC to the quality of Yali’ pear was lower.This research can provide theoretical basis for the improvement of Yali’ pear variety.
