香水白掌离体培养褐化反应的初步研究
The Preliminary Studies on Browning Reactions in vitro of Spathyllum patinii
【摘要】 采用L9(34)正交设计,研究不同因素对降低白掌叶片愈伤组织褐化的作用,三因素为大量元素、PVP和继代次数;另外还比较了不同继代周期、抗褐化剂、琼脂浓度对叶柄褐化的影响。结果表明:叶片在1/2MS培养基中,添加PVP 1 000 mg/L,5 d继代1次,抗褐化效果较好;叶柄在PVP为1 000 mg/L、琼脂浓度为7 g/L的培养基中,5 d继代1次的条件下,抗褐化效果明显。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the effects of various on decreasing browning of Spathyllum patinii by L9(34)Ortogonal Design.Three factoes were macroelemengt,pvp,subculture times;In addition,comparing of different subculture cycle,browning preventative reaggent,agar conce-ntration,on the browning of petioles.The results showed that blade in 1/2MS medium,adding pvp-1 000 mg/L,5 days subculture once,anti-browning were better;petiole in the pvp of 1 000 mg/L,agar concentration of 7 g/L of the medium,5 days subculture once,the effect of carbon source was obvious.
