【摘要】 采用组织培养的方法,研究赤霉素对东方百合继代培养效果的影响。结果表明:在培养基中,添加0.1～2.0 mg/L浓度的赤霉素能促进东方百合继代培养过程中芽的增殖和鳞茎增殖效果,以GA 1.0 mg/L对芽增殖效果最好;GA 0.5 mg/L对鳞茎的增殖效果最好;0.1～2.0mg/LGA对东方百合根的增殖也有明显的促进作用。GA与细胞分裂素BA或KT及生长素NAA配合使用,可提升继代培养效果,但与配比有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bassed on the tissue culture,this paper analysed the effects of Gibberellin on subcultural of Orient lily,the result showed that the Gibberellin concentration of 0.1～2.0 mg/L added into the medium could increase the bud differentiation and buld proliferation,1.0 mg/L GA condition is the best concentration for the bud formation,compared with other concentration;0.5 mg/L GA had the best effect to the bulb proliferation.There was a promote effect to the root of orient lily between GA 0.1 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L.when GA was combined with BA or KT and NAA,the growths of buds and bulbs can be increased,related to the wixed proportion.更多还原
