【摘要】 发展低碳经济,构建低碳社会在我国已经成为大势所趋。在低碳社会建设的背景下我国当前的公车制度改革既面临着降低成本、提高效率、倡导新能源汽车、加强监管等方面的机遇,同时又在公车采购、公车使用管理办法、公车监管时效等方面面临挑战。本文系统分析了低碳社会建设给我国公车制度改革带来的机遇与挑战,进而提出低碳社会建设中我国公车制度改革的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a big trend in our country to construct a low carbon society.The reformation of current government car system is confronted with not only the opportunities for lower cost,higher efficiency,new energy and better management,but also the challenges from car purchasing,management method and supervision effectiveness.This article systematically analyses these opportunities and challenges in our nation’s government car system reform in building a low carbon society.And the author therefore puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.更多还原
