【Abstract】 Restaurant garbage increase day by day with the economic growth of city. If treated improperly,it will pollute environment,endanger human’s health as well as waste resource. The paper researches restaurant garbage treatment status in worldwide and analyze the recycled use treatment of restaurant garbage in Lanzhou city.
