轴承滚道激光淬火的温度场数值模拟
Numerical simulation of the transient temperature field of laser hardened layers for race surface of bearing rings
【摘要】 利用CO2激光对GCr15钢轴承滚道表面进行激光相变硬化处理实验。对GCr15轴承滚道表面激光相变硬化处理过程进行数值模拟,讨论激光工艺参数对轴承滚道表面激光硬化处理后相变硬化区宽度和深度的影响,得出与实验比较吻合的结果。激光参数变化所造成的微观结构变化导致表面硬度值差异较大。模拟结果表明,激光工艺参数固定时,激光扫描进、出端的温度场有明显的不同,导致沿激光扫描方向硬度分布的不均匀性和激光扫描进、出端淬硬层深度分布的不均匀性。并探讨改善硬化层深度分布均匀性和表面硬度均匀性的方法。
【Abstract】 The laser transformation hardening process of GCr15 steel bearing rings was investigated by using CO 2 continuous wave laser.In this paper,the temperature field of laser transformation hardened layers for race surface was analyzed.The influences of laser parameter on widths and depths of laser transformation hardening zones of GCr15 steel were discussed and the results obtained were in agreement with the experiment.The difference of the microstructure was formed by changing the laser processing parameters,which resulted in the bigger difference of surface hardness.From the theoretical results,it is clear that the temperature field in the inlet and outlet ends of laser hardening surface has an obvious change when laser mean power is kept constant,which results in the hardness discrepancy and the case discrepancy between the inlet and outlet ends of laser hardening surface.Methods were discussed to improve the hardened case distribution uniformity and the hardness uniformity of the steel surface.
