【摘要】 随着我国地下空间开发利用的快速发展,地下空间的安全问题已占据越来越重要的地位。文章首先提出了地下空间在安全问题方面的一般特征,然后分析了各种地下设施的安全问题,按灾害成因列举国内外相应的实例,并总结了其安全问题的特点,提出了相应的防灾减灾管理对策。最后,在整体层面上,针对地下空间安全问题提出了八条管理对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of exploitation and utilization of underground space,the safety problems become more and more important.This paper introduced common characters about safety problems of underground space firstly,and then analyzed safety problems of different kinds of underground establishment,enumerated several corresponding examples about the cause of disasters,summarized the characteristics of their safety problems,brought forward some managing measures about disaster mitigation.Lastly,as a whole,this paper brings forward eight managing measures aiming at safety problems of underground space.更多还原
