【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗休克型异位妊娠的有效性及安全性。方法:对71例手术治疗的休克型异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中采用腹腔镜手术治疗40例(腹腔镜组),剖腹探查手术31例(开腹组)。结果:腹腔镜组40例手术过程顺利,无一例中转开腹。两组失血量和手术时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后肠管排气时间两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗休克型异位妊娠是安全、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of operative laparoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock.Methods:The clinical data of 71 patients with hypovolemic shock due to ectopic pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.Forty of them received laparoscope therapy and 31 laparotomy therapy. Results:The operation was successful in all the cases in laparoscopic group and no one was converted to laparotomy.The intra-abdominal blood loss and operating time between the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The time of anus exsufflation in laparoscope therapy was significant shorter than that in laparotomy therapy(P<0.01).Conclusions:Operative laparoscopy is safe and effective for treatment of ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock.更多还原
