嵌入式机器人控制器的电磁兼容设计
EMC Design of Embedded Controller in a Robot
【摘要】 从有源器件的选型和印刷电路板、接地、屏蔽、滤波、瞬态骚扰抑制等几个层次,详细介绍了嵌入式机器人控制器的电磁兼容设计。结果表明:分层与综合设计法设计的机器人控制器能够较好地完成任务,在实现强大功能的同时,运行更加稳定可靠。
【Abstract】 The EMC design of embedded controller in a robot is introduced from several aspects,such as selecting active devices and PCB,grounding,shielding,filtering,and suppressing transients.The result shows that stratification and integration design method could meet the requirements of designing.Meanwhile,by using this method the controller is both functional and reliable.
