青藤碱凝胶的制备及凝胶中青藤碱的含量测定
Preparation and determination of sinomenine gel
【摘要】 目的建立青藤碱凝胶中青藤碱含量测定的方法。方法采用Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-01 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠-三乙胺(55∶45∶1)为流动相,检测波长263 nm,流速1.0 ml.min-1,柱温30℃。结果青藤碱在8.7~104 mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.09%。结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于青藤碱凝胶的质量控制。
【Abstract】 Aim To establish an HPLC method to determine sinomenine in sinomenine gel.Methods The determination was conducted on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5μm)with methanol-monobasic sodium phosphate-triethylamine(55∶45∶1)as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,with detection wavelength at 263 nm at a room temperature of 30℃.Results Sinomenine showed good linear relationship in the range of 8.7~104 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 99.09%.Conclusion This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of sinomenine gel.
