【摘要】 目的观察小剂量糖皮质激素辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效。方法将88例MPP随机分为二组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予地塞米松[0.2～0.3mg·kg-1d-1]静脉点滴,连续使用3～5d,观察两组患儿退热、咳嗽缓解、肺部罗音消失时间。结果治疗组发热消退时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺部罗音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论小剂量皮质激素辅助治疗小儿MPP,可有效缓解发热等临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To observe the curative effect of low doses of glucocorticoid in the assistance treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.Methods Eighty-eight cases of mycoplasmal pneumonia were divided randomly in two groups,the control group were given routine treatment and the treatment group were added with dexamethasone intravenously for 3 to 5 days.The duration of fever,cough and crackles of two groups were observed.Results The sign-and symptom-relieving duration of children in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doses-low administration of glucocorticoid for children with mycoplasmal pneumonia could effectively relieve the duration of fever cough and crackles更多还原
