【摘要】 目的探讨肱骨内固定取出术桡神经医源性损伤的防治。方法对25例肱骨内固定取出术患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术中所见桡神经18例上移位于肌层,5例与瘢痕组织粘连,2例未寻及。术后23例患者功能恢复正常无神经损伤症状,2例患者出现桡神经不完全损伤。结论对肱骨内固定取出术时桡神经医源性损伤的防治十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate prevention of iatrogenic radial nerve injury in removal surgery for internal fixation of humeral.Methods 25 cases of removal surgery for internal fixation of humeral were retrospectively analyzed.Results Intraoperative findings include 18 cases of radial nerve muscle displacement,5 cases with scar tissue adhesion,two cases not found.Postoperative function of 23 patients returned to normal without symptoms of nerve injury,two cases with incomplete radial nerve injury.Conclusion It is very important to prevent iatrogenic radial nerve injury in removal surgery for internal fixation of humeral.更多还原
