【摘要】 目的研究紫杉醇(PTX)、顺铂(DDP)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法晚期胃癌31例,PTX150 mg.m-2,静滴3 h,第一天;DDP20 mg.m-2,第1~5 d静滴;5-Fu500 mg.m-2,第1~5 d静滴。以上方案每4周重复,2个周期后评价疗效。结果31例晚期胃癌总有效率64.5%,其中CR2例(6.5%),PR18例(58.1%)。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论PTX、DDP联合5-Fu对晚期胃癌近期效果显著,毒副反应较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To observe short term effect and adverse reaction of paclitaxel(PTX),cisplatin(DDP)combined with fluorouracil(5-FU)for the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Thirty-one patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with PTX 150 mg·m2 dropping 3 hours d1,DDP 20 mg·m-2 dropping d1-5,5-Fu 500 mg·m-2 dropping d1-5.The regimen was repeated every 4 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles.Results The total effective rate was 64.5% in the 31 patients with advanced gastric cancer,including 2 cases CR and 18 cases PR.The main toxicity were myelosuppression and alimentary canal reactions.Conclusion PTX,DDP combined with 5-Fu can achieve remarkable effect in patients with advanced gastric cancer and toxicity is low.更多还原
