紫芩止咳颗粒提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的优选紫芩止咳颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法挥发油提取以挥发油量为指标;水提取工艺以出膏率、黄芩苷含量为考察指标,采用正交设计法对其提取工艺条件进行优选。结果紫芩止咳颗粒最佳提取工艺为挥发油提取加8倍量水,浸泡12 h,提取6 h;水提取加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论优选出的提取工艺科学合理,适合现代化大生产。

【Abstract】 Aim To optimize the best extraction technique of Ziqinzhike granules.Methods For naptha extracting process the guideline is the quantity of the naphtha.For water extracting process,the guideline is the oil rate and the total quantity of baicalin contained and orthogonal design was used to optimize the best.Results The best extracting process is to mix naphtha and water in ratio 1∶8 soaking for 12 h.The best extracting process of the water extraction before extracting was to add 10 times of water,decocting 3 times,1 hour each time.Conclusion The extracting method is reasonable,stable,and suitable for industrialized production.
