【摘要】 目的对6种方法提取蛹虫草固体培养基中的虫草素进行比较。方法以各法提取虫草素的的含量为考察指标,优选虫草素的提取工艺。结果渗漉提取率较高,而微波法提取则具有提取时间更短的优点。结论两法的提取率均明显高于其它方法,可在研究中进一步扩大规模。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To compare 6 kinds of methods for extraction of cordycepin in CDRdyceps militaris medium.Methods With the contents of cordycepin as the indicators,the extraction process of cordycepin was optimized.Results There is a higher extraction rate of percolation,and the microwave extraction method has an advantage of shorter extraction time.Conclusion The extration rate of these two methods were significantly higer than other methods,that can be expand the scale in the study.更多还原
