【摘要】 目的从乌骨藤中提取多糖并测定多糖含量。方法药材经醇提后,用水提醇沉法提取多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定乌骨藤多糖的含量。结果乌骨藤多糖含量为74.4%,平均回收率98.3%,RSD=0.31%。结论乌骨藤中多糖含量较高,具有开发利用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To extract and determine the content of polysaccharide in Marsdenia tenacissima.Methods Polysaccharide of Marsdenia tenacissima was extracted by the alcohol with water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,and its content was determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid an method with ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 490 nm.Results The polysaccharide content was 74.4%,with an average recovery of 98.3% and an RSD of 0.31%.Conclusion The polysaccharides can be extracted from Marsdenia tenacissima by the methods of the experiment.The results of the content of polysaccharides were accurate,and the methods can be used to determine polysaccharides.更多还原
