【摘要】 目的探讨人类软骨糖蛋白39(YKL-40)在子宫腺肌病(Am)在位内膜、异位内膜及对照组内膜中的表达及临床意义。方法取Am在位内膜、异位内膜38例及对照组内膜(因子宫肌瘤行子宫切除患者的正常子宫内膜)16例,以免疫组化染色法,研究YKL-40在Am在位内膜、异位内膜及对照组内膜中的表达差异。结果①YKL-40在Am在位内膜、异位内膜中均有较高的阳性表达,与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在位内膜与异位内膜组之间相比差异无统计学意义。②YKL-40表达与年龄、妊娠史、子宫大小及临床症状无关(P>0.05)。结论 YKL-40可能在子宫腺肌病的发生、发展中起重要作用,进一步研究将有助于子宫腺肌病发病机制的阐明,提高其诊断和治疗的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of YKL-40 on eutopic and ectopic Endometrium of Adenomyosis.Methods Expression of YKL-40 was detected immunohistochemically in 38 eutopic and ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis and 16 endometrium of uterine myoma(control group).Results The level of YKL-40 was higher in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis than in control group.YKL-40 expression was unrelated to age,history of pregnancy,size of uterus and clinical symptom.Conclusion YKL-40 may pla7y an important role in the development of adenomyosis.Further investegation will be helpful for elucidating the pathogenesis of adenomyosis and thus for better diagosis and treatmemt.更多还原
