【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌术后胃瘫综合征的原因及治疗方法。方法对12例食管癌术后发生胃瘫综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析发生原因及防治方法。结果 12例患者行非手术治疗后均治愈,无一例死亡。结论食管癌术后胃瘫综合征原因多与手术操作和术后处理不当有关,术中精细操作和加强术后管理对食管癌术后胃瘫综合征有一定防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To deserve postoperative gastroparesis syndrome causes and treatments.Methods 12 cases of esophageal cancer patients with postoperative gastroparesis syndrome were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis,analysis of causes and prevention methods.Results 12 patients underwent non-surgical treatment were cured.Conclusion The reasons for postoperative gastroparesis syndrome after more than deal with the surgical procedure and to poor intraoperative fine after operation and strengthen management of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome have some preventive effects.更多还原
