【摘要】 目的探讨变态反应性疾病吸入物过敏原过筛试验的临床诊断价值。方法应用e-Star过敏原检测仪进行混合吸入性过敏原(hx901)检测。结果 106例受检患者中,45例hx901阳性,其中41例属呼吸道过敏性疾病,占91.1%。呼吸道过敏性疾病与其他过敏性疾病hx901检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对41例患者进行了屋尘螨(d1)和(或)粉尘螨(d2)的检测,结果表明hx901和d1、d2的检测结果明显相关(r=0.757,P<0.05)。结论吸入物过敏原过筛试验对变态反应性疾病明确致敏原和疾病防治有指导价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of the inhaled allergens screening test for diagnosing allergic diseases.Methods Serum SIgE were detected by e-Star allergen detector during the the mixed inhaled allergens(hx901) test.Results The 106 cases were performed with inhalant allergen screening test.Among 106 cases,45 cases were positive for hx901,,of them,41 cases suffered form the respiratory allergic diseases(91.1 %).There were significant difference between the respiratory allergy and other allergic diseases(P<0.05).41 positive cases had been detected in dermatophagoides ptronyssinus(d1) and / or dermatophagoides farinae(d2).Conclusion The inhalant allergen screening test has an important significance in determining allergens in allergic diseases and plays a role in the treatment and the prevention of the diseases.更多还原
