【摘要】 目的总结胆源性急性胰腺炎(BAP)临床诊治经验。方法回顾性分析65例BAP的治疗过程。结果本组49例经非手术治疗均痊愈,16例手术治疗,其中早期手术7例,死亡1例。延期手术9例均痊愈。结论BAP经积极非手术治疗可获得满意疗效,手术时机应个体化,以减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis.Methods Clinical data of 65 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among sixty five cases,49 cases underwent nonsurgieal methods and all recovered,16 patients underwent surgery,of which 7 patients with early operation one died.And 9 patient with delayed operation recovered.Conclusion Acute biliary pancreatitis can be treated successfully by nonsurgical methods.The timing for operation should be based on individual to reduce complications.更多还原
