【摘要】 目的分析广州市越秀区学生结核病患病的特征,为控制结核病提供依据。方法收集2005～2008年在广州市结核病防治机构登记的越秀区户籍的学生结核病患者的资料进行统计分析。结果4 年间新登记的学生结核病患者共347例,大、中、小学生患者分别为164例、177例和6例。其中,初治病例342例(98.6%)。大、中学生以继发型肺结核为多(85.6%),而小学生则以原发型肺结核居多(83.3%)。发现方式以因症就诊及健康检查为主,分别为77.5%和19.3%。结论应重视学生这一特殊群体的结核病防治,采取相应的结核病预防与治疗措施,以促进结核病控制工作的落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics of tuberculosis(TB) in the students in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou,and provide a basis for TB control.Methods Materials of TB students registered in the TB prevention and control agencies from 2005 to 2008 in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou were collected and analzed.Results The new registered TB students were 347 during the four years,and 164 of them were college students,177 were middle school students and the other 6 were primary school students.342 of 347 cases were previously untreated cases(accounted for 98.6%).Secondary pulmonary tuberculosis occured most frequently in college or middle school students(85.6%),but primary pulmonary tuberculosis occurred mainly in primary school students(83.3%).77.5% of cases were discovered when they came to a hospital because of some symptoms,and 19.3% were found by health examination,those two ways were the main method of detection.Conclusion The department concerned should pay attention to TB prevention and control in school,and take some corresponding measures to promote the implementation of TB control program.更多还原
