【摘要】 目的分析安徽省各级疾病预防控制中心人力资源现状,为今后制定科学的人力资源规划提供依据。方法通过"全国疾病预防控制基本信息系统"收集省、市、县(区)疾病预防控制中心的人员数、年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、从事的专业等数据,用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果安徽省疾控制中心人员队伍在数量、学历、职称等方面存在一定的差距。结论各级政府应从战略高度做好当地疾病预防控制中心的人力资源规划,加快引进人才的步伐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on analysis of the current status of human resources in CDC at all levels in Anhui province,we discussed the problems which exists in present human resource allocation and gives some strategies.It is very important for making scientific planning and allocation of human resource in the future.Methods The initial information of all CDC in Anhui province,such as numbers,age,length of service,academic background,academic title and post,which acquired from the initial information database of National Electronic Disease Control And Prevention System,were used to analyzed by Excel.Results In Anhui province,it differs a lot in personnel numbers,academic background and academic title of CDC at province level,municipal level and county level.Conclusions The government should make a good job of human resource planning in local CDC from the strategic view,and accelerate the pace of bringing talents.更多还原
