【Abstract】 The development of Anhui’s Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Pilot Region for Self-reliant Innovation and Synthetic Facilitation can somewhat follows the model of the Integration of EU by integrating regional innovation, planning, policy, platform, industry, support as well as atmosphere. With the push of government, the gearing of enterprises, the interaction of NGO, the drive of market, a shareholding mechanism will come into being, which is coordinated by governments, industries, universities, institutes, banks, intermediaries and NGOs with proper specialized divisions and competitions, for the improvement of the regional competitiveness of self-reliant innovation and concerning industries.更多还原
