【Abstract】 In our country urbanization lag in industrialization has not obtained fundamental explaining. The centralization of farmland management lag in the countryside non-agriculture during our reformation has appeared. In economic life these kinds of double lags become the important factor that restricts economy to continue to develop with high speed and to speed up social reforming.This article makes the demonstration diagnosis and the rational analysis in light of the influence and the reason of this situation,then proposes the main countermeasure adjustment in this foundation.更多还原
