【摘要】 目的:探讨某院胰十二指肠切除术(PD)术后腹腔三套管冲洗引流的护理及减少并发症的发生。方法:回顾性分析2009年1~12月,我科收治的39例行胰十二指肠切除术的患者,术后行腹腔三套管冲洗引流的护理。结:胰瘘5例,伴感染3例,伴出血1例经腹腔三套管冲洗引流后痊愈出院。结论:有针对性的心理疏导、妥善固定引流管、严格无菌操作、细致观察冲洗情况、做好专科护理是治疗PD术后胰瘘重要的护理措施。且使内科护理技术与外科护理技术交织相融,提高了专科护士的综合业务素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the care of three-cavity drainage and complications reducing after pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD).Method: Nursing of abdominal three-cavity drainage of 39 cases from Jan.to Dec.2009 with PD were retrospectively analyzed.Results: 5 cases of pancreatic fistula,3 patients with infection and 1 case with bleeding.All of above were cured with timely flush、drain and synthetic therapy.Conclusion: Targeted psychological counseling,proper drainage fixed,strict aseptic technique,careful observation of washing condition and well specialist care are important nursing measures of pancreatic fistula after PD.The operation level of nurse specialist was improved with integrating the medical and surgical nursing skills.更多还原
