【摘要】 目的:探讨高血压脑出血手术清除血肿的时机和方法。方法:回顾性分析30例高血压脑出血患者行超早期小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗的临床资料。结果:恢复良好23例,重残3例,死亡4例。结论:超早期小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血疗效优、损伤轻、预后好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the occasion and method to clear hematoma for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 30 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by means of clearing hematoma in small bone window craniotomy operation in super-early stage.Results: Among the 30 cases,23 cases recovered well,3 cases severe disable,4 cases died.Conclusion: The means of clearing hematoma in small bone window craniotomy operation in super-early stage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a kind of method with the better effects,less damage and more favorable prognosis.更多还原
