【摘要】 目的:探讨盆腔器官脱垂在腹腔镜下使用补片全盆底重建术的配合和护理方法,提高腹腔镜手术的安全性、优越性。方法:收集总结我院在腹腔镜下使用补片盆底重建手术的中重度盆腔器官脱垂患者47例的临床资料,分析手术并发症及处理。结果:全组患者手术成功,术后症状消失。结论:腹腔镜下盆底重建手术方法可行,安全可靠,近期效果良好,远期疗效有待观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the operative coordination and nursing in laparoscopically female total pelvic reconstruction surgery by polypropylene mesh.In order to improve laparoscopically surgery’s safety and superiority.Method:47 cases of uterine prolapse Ⅲ～Ⅳ degrees patients who underwent laparoscopically total hysterectomy surgery during in our hospital,to analysis the surgery complication and treatment.Result:The entire group patients’ surgery is successful,after the operation their symptom vanishing.Conclusions:The application of laparoscopically polypropylene mesh in female total pelvic reconstruction surgery is safety.The long-term outcome remains further study.更多还原
