【摘要】 目的:探讨玻璃化冷冻保存人类早期胚胎的临床应用效果。方法:对22例患者应用玻璃化冷冻保存技术冻存的82枚4～16细胞期的早期胚胎进行了解冻和移植。结果:82枚冷冻胚胎经解冻,存活65枚,存活胚胎均予移植,种植10枚,种植率为15.38%(10/65),共进行了25个冷冻胚胎移植周期,获得8例妊娠,妊娠率32%(8/25)。结论:玻璃化冷冻保存技术是一种冷冻保存人类早期胚胎的有效方法,临床应用效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the clinical value of vitrification of human early embryos.Methods:A total of 82 early embryos from 22 patients were vitrified/thawed.Results:65 embryos of 82 embryos thawed were survived and transferred,the rate of implantion and clinical pregnancy were 15.38% (10/65) and 32% (8/25),respectively.Conclusion:Vitrification can be an effective method for cryopreservating human early embryos and getting good clinical result.更多还原
