【Abstract】 Chinese villager’s self-government system depends too much on vote democracy,so it reaps political legitimacy as well as institutional plight.Deliberative democracy can promote the political legitimacy of villagers’ autonomy from three aspects: combine impartiality and efficiency,sufficiency and authority,respect for the majority and preserve the minority: eliminate the copiousness of ruler and people and revive citizenship;intensify rationality of public decision-making and promote the political legitimacy of the villagers’ self-government system更多还原
