黄刺蛾幼虫在核桃幼园的空间分布型及抽样技术

【摘要】 [目的]研究黄刺蛾幼虫在核桃幼园的空间分布型与抽样技术,为其测报和防治提供理论依据。[方法]采用聚集指标法,Iwao回归分析法和Taylor指数法评判黄刺蛾幼虫的空间分布型,根据Iwao-Kuno理论抽样数学模型确定其理论抽样公式。[结果]测定的聚集指标值C>1,I>0,K>0,m*/x>1,CA>0;Iwaom*-m回归中α=5.845 6>0,β=1.996 6>1;Taylor指数lga=0.741 6>0,b=1.474 0>1。聚集均数λ>2。[结论]黄刺蛾幼虫在核桃幼园的空间分布型为聚集分布,聚集度随密度增大而增强。聚集原因由昆虫本身习性和环境共同引起的。其最适理论抽样公式为n=t2/D2(6.845 6/x+0.996 6)。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The spatial distribution pattern of Cnidocampa flavescens larva and sampling technique were studied to provide the base for forecasting and control of Cnidocampa flavescens.[Method]The spatial distribution pattern of Cnidocampa flavescens larva was examined by aggregation indices,Iwao m*-m regression analysis methods and Taylor indices,the formula of theoretical sampling was determined by the mathematical model of Iwao-Kuno about theoretical sampling.[Result]The aggregation indices were C>1,I>0,K>0,m*/ x>1,CA>0,and Iwao m*-m regression analysis weve α=5.845 6>0,β=1.996 6>1,and Taylor indices were lga=0.741 6>0,b=1.474 0>1,and λ>2.[Conclusion]Cnidocampa flavescens larvae in walnut was aggregative distribution,more aggressive with population density increase.The gathering was caused by their life habit and environment factor.The formula of optimum theoretical sampling was n= t 2/D2(6.845 6/ x+0.996 6).
