高压电场法转化人参总皂苷产物Rg2的纯化
Purification of Ginsenoside Rg2 Prepared by High-voltage Electric Field
【摘要】 [目的]纯化高压电场转化的人参茎叶皂苷降解物。[方法]利用高压电场对人参茎叶皂苷进行转化,以Rg2含量为指标,分别用HPD100、HPD200A、HPD200B、HPD300、D101、AB-8树脂对高压电场转化产物进行纯化,用RP-HPLC对高压电场降解产物进行检测。[结果]在合适的高压电场条件下人参皂苷转化成人参皂苷Rg2的转化率达90%以上;AB-8树脂的纯化效果最好,Rg2的纯度可达70%以上。[结论]得到了纯度较高的人参皂苷Rg2,为人参皂苷Rg2的工业化生产提供了依据。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To optimize the preparation ginsenoside Rg2 from ginseng leaf extract by high voltage electric field.[Method] The ginsenoside was prepared by high voltage electric field,optimized by macroporous resin HPD100,HPD200A,HPD200B,HPD300,D101 and AB-8 respectively with content of ginsenoside Rg2 as investigating index,and determined by RP-HPLC.[Result] The yield of ginsenoside Rg2 reached as high as 90% under the appropriate high voltage electric field conditions;purified by AB-8 resin,the purity of ginsenoside Rg2 reached a peak,being more than 70%.[Conclusion]The highly purified ginsenoside Rg2 is obtained in this study,which provides evidence for the industrialized production of ginsenoside Rg2.
