【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the emerging ant tribe trend among the new-generation migrant workers and its reasons,and then explores some feasible solutions to solve this problem,that is,to insist spirit of law,clear the institutional barriers,strengthen the responsibility consciousness of government and enterprises,enhance the quality training of new-generation migrant workers,promote their organizational level and attach importance to the role of non-governmental organizations.更多还原
