【摘要】 [目的]对河北省水资源管理制度改革进行理论探讨,为改革水资源管理制度提供理论基础和相应的分析方法。[方法]在对河北省水资源管理现状分析的基础上,利用层次分析模型,对河北省水资源管理制度改革进行了层次分析。[结果]通过探讨和分析,得出对改革河北省水资源管理制度影响最大的几个因素依次为:首先是水资源管理经济制度,其次是水资源社会管理制度,再次是水资源行政管理制度。[结论]按照影响因素优先程度排序,逐步推进河北省水资源管理制度改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The theoretical basis and the corresponding analysis method of the reform of the water resource management system was provided through the theoretical study on it.[Method] The water resource management system of Hubei province was discussed with the model of hierarchical analysis based on the current situation of water resource management.[Results] The study and analysis,the most influential factors affecting the reform of water resource management system was:the first one was the economic system of water resource management;the second one,the social system of water resource management and the last one,the administration system of water resource management.[Conclusion] The reform of water resources management was advanced step by step according to the priority order in accordance with factors.更多还原
