不同寡糖对仔猪免疫力和生产性能的影响研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究不同种类寡糖对仔猪免疫力和生产性能的影响。[方法]选择75头7日龄二元杂交仔猪(大约克夏×荣昌猪),随机分为5组,每组15头。分别在每组基础日粮中添加7.5g/kg的异麦芽寡糖、果寡糖、甘露寡糖和混合寡糖,同时设对照组。试验期为53d。在试验过程中,观察临床症状和腹泻情况,每周称重,并记录采食量。饲喂至30日龄和60日龄时,前腔静脉采血,测定免疫指标。[结果]添加7.5g/kg的异麦芽寡糖或果寡糖能显著提高30日龄仔猪的细胞免疫功能(P<0.05),前者还能显著提高体液免疫功能;添加7.5g/kg的甘露寡糖能显著提高60日龄仔猪的细胞和体液免疫功能(P<0.05),对仔猪生产性能的促进效果最好,且腹泻率最低。[结论]不同种类寡糖对仔猪免疫力和生产性能的影响存在差异。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the effects of different oligosaccharides on immunity and production performance of piglets.[Method]A total of 75 Yorkshire×Rongchang piglets were assigned into five groups,15 in each group.Isomalto-oligosaccharide,fructo-oligosaccharide,mannan-oligosaccharide,and mixed oligosaccharide were supplemented to basic diet (7.5 g/kg) ,respectively.The control group was also set.The experimental period lasted for 53 d.The clinic symptoms and diarrhoea were observed.All piglets were weighed once a week.Feed intake was also recorded.Blood was collected via precaval vein for determination of immunology indexes at the age of 30 and 60 d,respectively.[Result]Isomalto-oligosaccharide and fructo-oligosaccharide enhanced cellular immunity of 30-day-old piglets significantly (P<0.05) ,and isomalto-oligo-saccharide also enhanced their humoral immunity.Mannan-oligosaccharide enhanced cellular immunity and humoral immunity of 60-day-old piglets significantly (P<0.05) .It also improved production performance largest,and its diarrhoea rate was the lowest.[Conclusion]Different oli-gosaccharides have various effects on immunity and production performance of piglets.
