【Abstract】 The Physalis alkekengi and Forsythia suspensa in prescription were identified qualitatively by using TLC and the arctinin content in preparation was determined by using HPLC.The results indicated that F.suspensa and P.alkekengi could be detected out by using TLC.In the injection amount range of 0.126-1.260 μg,the injection volume showed good linear relationship with its peak area and its average recov-ery and RSD were 100.42% and 1.49% resp.更多还原
