三唑醇拌种玉米对其幼苗几项生理指标及生长的影响
Effects of Triadimenol Treating Maize Seeds on Growth and Several Physiological Indices of Maize Seedlings
【摘要】 [目的]研究不同浓度三唑醇试剂处理玉米种子后幼苗的几项生理指标及生长效应。[方法]共设计6个不同浓度三唑醇处理,浓度分别为500、750、1000、1250、1500、1750mg/kg,另设不作任何处理的对照(CK)。于3叶1心时进行根系活力、根的过氧化物酶(POD)活性和叶片叶绿素含量的测定,于4叶1心时进行秧苗生长指标和光合速率的测定。[结果]在一定的浓度范围内,不同浓度三唑醇处理使玉米幼苗根POD活性、根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率及叶肉细胞间隙CO2浓度等生理指标有不同程度的提高,且幼苗生长良好健壮,其中以750、1000mg/kg处理效果最佳。[结论]该研究可为三唑醇在玉米高产高效栽培中的应用奠定基础。
【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different concentration of triadimenol treating maize seeds on growth and several physiological indices of maize seedlings.[Result] The concentration of triadimenol was 500,750,1 000,1 250,1 500 and 1 750 mg/kg,and CK was no treatment.Root activity,root POD activity and leaf chlorophyll content were determined at 3 leaves and 1 central leaf stage,and growth indices and net photosynthetic rate of maize seedling were determined at 4 leaves and 1 leaf stage.[Result] The results showed that in a certain concentration range,the physiological indices of maize seedlings which seeds were treated with triadimenol,such as root POD activity,root activity,chlorophyll content of seedling leaf,net photosynthetic rate and the concentration of intercellular carbon dioxide(CO2)and so on were improved,and the seedlings grew strongly.The 750 and 1 000 mg/kg triadimenol treatment were better.[Conclusion] The study can lay basis for applying triadimenol in high yield and high efficiency cultivation of maize.
