黄花瓦松提取物抑菌活性部位研究

【摘要】 [目的]比较黄花瓦松不同提取部位的体外抑菌作用。[方法]以黄花瓦松为试材,采用滤纸片扩散法及二倍稀释法比较黄花瓦松不同提取部位的体外抑菌作用。[结果]不同供试菌种对黄花瓦松提取物的敏感性不同,其中大肠杆菌最敏感,金黄色葡萄球菌不敏感。黄花瓦松95%乙醇提取物和石油醚提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果明显,其抑菌圈均大于15mm,且石油醚提取物的抑菌效果优于95%乙醇提取物。黄花瓦松95%乙醇提取物和石油醚提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果均不明显。黄花瓦松石油醚提取物对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为7.9g/L,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为31.3g/L。[结论]该研究为黄花瓦松抑菌活性部位的提取分离提供了试验依据。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to compare the in vitro antibacterial action of different extract fractions from Orostachys spinosa (L.) C.A.Mey.[Method]With O.spinosa as tested material,the in vitro antibacterial action of its different extract fractions were compared by using filter paper diffusion and double dilution methods.[Result]The sensitivities of different tested strains to extract from O.spinosa were different,among which Escherichia coli was most sensitive and Staphylococcus aureus was insensitive.The antibacterial effects of 95% ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract from O.spinosa on E.coli were obvious,their diameters of inhibition zones exceeded 15 mm and the antibacterial effect of petroleum ether extract was superior to that of 95% ethanol extract.The antibacterial effects of 95% ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract from O.spinosa on S.aureus were not obvious.The minimal inhibitory concn.of petroleum ether extract from O.spinosa on E.coli and S.aureus were 7.9 and 31.3 g/L resp.[Conclusion]This research provided experimental basis for extraction and separation of antibacterial active part from O.spinosa.
