益生菌制剂对肉杂兔应用效果的影响研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究益生菌制剂对断奶仔兔生产性能和免疫功能的影响。[方法]选用体重相近的1月龄伊拉和比利时杂交断奶仔兔60只,随机分为4组。试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别口服2、4和6ml的益生菌制剂,对照组正常饮水,试验期30d。[结果]试验组的平均日增重高于对照组,其中试验Ⅱ组提高了24.87%;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的发病率分别比对照组降低12.5%、18.7%和18.7%,死亡率分别降低25.0%、12.5%和12.5%;试验Ⅱ组的脾脏指数、淋巴细胞阳性率与对照组、试验Ⅰ组有显著差异;试验Ⅰ组的胸腺指数与对照组的差异无显著性,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与对照组差异显著。[结论]断奶仔兔的生产性能和免疫指标均随着饲料中添加益生菌制剂比例的增加而提高,其中以口服4ml益生菌制剂对断奶仔兔作用效果最好。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The purpose was to study the effects of probiotics preparation on the production performance and immune function of weaned rabbit.[Method]60 weaned rabbit from Ila and Belgium cross rabbit at one month old with similar weight were selected to divide into 4 groups.The test groups,T I,T Ⅱ and T Ⅲ,took orally the probiotics preparation at 2,4 and 6 ml resp.and the CK group took the water normally,with the test period of 30 d.[Result]The average daily gain of test groups was higher than that of CK group,in which,that of T Ⅱ was 24.87% higher than CK group.Compared to CK group,the disease incidence rates of T I,T Ⅱ and T Ⅲ were reduced by 12.5%,18.7% and 18.7% resp.and their mortality rates were decreased by 25.0%,12.5% and 12.5% resp.The spleen index and lymphocyte masculine gender rate of T Ⅱ showed the remarkable difference with CK group and T I.The thymus index of T I showed no remarkable difference with CK group and that of T Ⅱ and T Ⅲ showed remarkable difference with CK group.[Conclusion]The production performance and immune indicators of weaned rabbits were increased along with the increase of the adding ratio of probiotics preparation in the forage,in which,the oral 4 ml probiotics preparation got best effect on the weaned rabbit.
