【摘要】 介绍了我国农业植物新品种保护及其基本现状,并提出了促进我国植物新品种保护的建议。

【Abstract】 The basic situations of the protection of new varieties of agricultural plants in China were introduced.Some suggestions for promoting the protection of new varieties of agricultural plants in China were put forward.
