低温胁迫对黄金香柳抗寒性生理指标的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究低温胁迫对黄金香柳(Melaleuca bracteata cv.‘Revolution Gold’)抗寒性生理指标的影响。[方法]以黄金香柳1年生枝为试材,探讨不同温度胁迫(0、-5、-10、-15、-20℃)对黄金香柳生理指标的影响。[结果]随着处理温度的降低,黄金香柳相对电导率和可溶性蛋白质含量总体呈上升趋势,可溶性糖含量呈先下降后上升的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈降-升-降的趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先上升后下降的趋势。SOD和POD活性、MDA含量在-15℃时均达到顶峰。[结论]黄金香柳抗寒能力较弱,0℃低温已明显受害,抗寒极限温度在-15℃左右,在1月气温低于0℃的地区栽植,应采取保护措施,其在我国露地栽培北界应与0℃等温线相近。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of low temperature stress on cold-resistance physiological characteristics of Melaleuca bracteata cv.‘Revolution Gold’.[Method] Effects of low temperature stress on physiological characteristics of one-year-old branch of Melaleuca bracteata cv.‘Revolution Gold’ were studied.[Result] The results showed that when the temperature decreased,the relative electric conductivity and the soluble protein content of Melaleuca bracteata cv.‘Revolution Gold’ were totally raised,the soluble sugar content was at declined first and then raised,the MDA content displayed a change trend of falling-rising-falling and the activity of SOD and POD activity were raised at first and then declined.The activity of SOD,POD and the MDA content were the highest peak at-15 ℃.[Conclusion] The cold resistance of Melaleuca bracteata cv.‘Revolution Gold’ was weak.It was obviously damaged at 0 ℃ and its cold resistance limiting temperature was-15 ℃.Melaleuca bracteata cv.‘Revolution Gold’ must be protected at areas where the average temprater of January was under 0 ℃ and the northern boundary of open cultivation is similar to isothermal line of 0 ℃ of China.
