卷烟中丙二醇、丙三醇、三醋酸甘油酯的转移研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究丙二醇、丙三醇和三醋酸甘油酯在卷烟存储和抽吸过程中的转移行为,为卷烟配方设计提供参考。[方法]采用气相色谱法分别测定卷烟烟丝、卷烟滤嘴、卷烟总粒相物中的丙二醇、丙三醇和三醋酸甘油酯含量,研究这3种物质在卷烟中的转移规律。[结果]卷烟在室温下存放2个月后,烟丝中的丙二醇向丙纤和醋纤型滤嘴中的转移率分别为2.78%和21.95%,而滤嘴中三醋酸甘油酯向烟丝中的转移率为4.86%。丙二醇、丙三醇和三醋酸甘油酯占焦油百分比随添加量的增加而增加,这3种物质均能对焦油起到稀释作用,且丙三醇的稀释作用大于丙二醇。卷烟抽吸过程中丙二醇、丙三醇和三醋酸甘油酯向总粒相物中的转移率分别为3.90%~6.89%、9.06%~10.88%、13.58%~17.01%(丙纤滤嘴),3.75%~6.49%、9.34%~10.28%、4.47%~5.30%(醋纤滤嘴)。[结论]这3种物质的转移规律存在明显差异,在卷烟贮存过程中,丙二醇较容易转移到醋纤滤嘴中,在卷烟抽吸过程中,丙三醇往主流烟气中的转移率明显大于丙二醇。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The reference for the formulation of cigarette was provided through the research on the transfer behavior of propylene glycol,glycerol and triacetin in the process of cigarette storage and its smoking.[Method] The content of the propylene glycol,glycerol and triacetin in cigarette tobacco,cigarette filter,total particulate matter of cigarette were determined with the method of gas chromatography and the transfer principle of these three kinds of substances in cigarette was analyzed.[Results] The transfer rate of the propylene glycol from tobacco to the type of Bing-fiber filter of and Cu-fiber filter was 2.78% and 21.95%,respectively while it was while the cigarette was stored for 2 months at room temperature.The transfer rate of the triacetin from filter to tobacco was 4.86%.The percentage of the propylene glycol,glycerol and triacetin to tar was increased with the increment of their added amount.Those three kinds of substances could play a dilution effect on tar and the dilution efficiency of glycerol was stronger than that of propylene glycol.suction process to the The transfer rate of propylene glycol,glycerol and triacetin to total particulate matter in cigarette in its smoking was 3.90%-6.89%,9.06%-10.88% and 13.58%-17.01% (Bing-fiber filter) and 3.75%-6.49%,9.34%-10.28% and 4.47%-5.30% (Cu-fiber filter).[Conclusion] There was significant difference in the transfer rule among those three kinds of substances.In the process of cigarette storage,the propylene glycol was more easily transferred into the Cu-fiber filter and in the process of cigarette-smoking,the transfer rate of the glycerol to mainstream smoke was significantly greater than that of propylene glycol.
