【摘要】 [目的]研究La(NO3)3浸种对高粱种子活力的影响。[方法]设9个不同La(NO3)3浓度处理(0、10、20、30、40、50、60、65、70mg/L),进行种子萌发试验、种子活力测定、膜透性试验及呼吸速率测定。[结果]用10～70 mg/L的La(NO3)3浸种处理48 h后,高粱种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数都明显提高,呼吸作用增强,质膜相对透性降低,其中在50～65 mg/L La(NO3)3浓度范围内处理效果最好,当处理浓度超过65 mg/L时,这些指标又呈下降趋势。[结论]50～65 mg/L的La(NO3)3溶液可明显提高高粱种子的活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The effects of La(NO3)3 on seed vigor of sorghum were studied.[Method] Nine concentration gradients of La(NO3)3(0,10,20,30,40,50,60,65,70 mg/L) were established for the seed germination test,seed vigor test,membrane permeability test and respiration rate test.[Result]After the sorghum seed was soaked in La(NO3)3 solution at 10-70 mg/L for 48 h,the results showed that the germination rate,germination index and vigor index of sorghum seed significantly increased.The respiration rate of soaked seeds enhanced and the relative plasma membrane permeability of sorghum seed decreased.The soaking treatment effect was best with 50-65 mg/L La(NO3)3 solution.However,these indexes declined when La(NO3)3 concentrate was beyond 65 mg/L.[Conclusion] 50-65 mg/L La(NO3)3 could enhance the vigor of sorghum seeds obviously.更多还原
