德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种产亚油酸异构酶研究
Optimization of Fermentation Conditions for the Production of Linoleate Isomerase from Lactobacillus bulgaricus
【摘要】 [目的]优化德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种发酵产亚油酸异构酶工艺。[方法]以亚油酸为诱导物,考察不同因素对德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种产亚油酸异构酶的影响。[结果]德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种产亚油酸异构酶的最佳工艺为:在底物添加量1.5‰、发酵温度37℃、发酵时间35h时,亚油酸异构酶酶活可达21.67U/ml。[结论]以亚油酸为诱导物应用德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种产亚油酸异构酶,工艺切实可行。
【Abstract】 [Objective]The aim was to optimize fermentation conditions for the production of Linoleate isomerase from Lactobacillus bulgaricus.[Method] By using linoleic acid as inducer,effects of different factor on Linoleate isomerase activity was studied.[Result] The optimuzation fermentation conditions for Linoleate isomerase were:substrate concentration 1.5‰,fermentation temperature 37 ℃ and fermentation time 35 h.Enzyme activity of Linoleate isomerase was 21.67 U/ml.[Conclusion] Fermentation technology is practicable.
