秦岭北麓地区猕猴桃根系分布与生长动态研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究秦岭北麓地区猕猴桃根系分布与生长形态。[方法]于猕猴桃不同生育期采集不同土层的样本。[结果]年周期猕猴桃根干物质增加1.33kg,在3月28日至5月18日和7月9日至9月8日生长较慢,5月18日至7月9日和9月8日至11月6日生长相对较快,11月以后基本停止生长。根系主要分布在0~40cm土层,占总根量的78.10%。随着土层深度的增加,猕猴桃根量减少。猕猴桃的主根(直径>1cm)占根总量的60.23%,其中91.33%分布在0~40cm土层,没有到达60cm以下。侧根(直径0.2~1.0cm)占根总量的32.34%,主要分布在20~40cm土层,占51.79%;其次是40~60cm土层,占20.96%。细根(直径<0.2cm)占根总量的7.44%,与侧根一样分布在20~40cm土层最多,占35.08%;0~20、40~60、60~80cm土层分别为19.62%、22.85%、14.52%;80~100cm土层最少,为7.93%。[结论]该研究可为秦岭北麓地区猕猴桃合理和适时施肥提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study roots distribution and growth morphology of kiwifruit in northern area of Qinling.[Methods] Samples from various soil layers were collected in different growth stage of kiwifruit.[Result] Biomass increment of roots were 1.33 kg,developed quickly from March 28 to May 18 and July 9 to September 8,vegetated slowly from May 18 to July 9 and September 8 to November 6,and stop after November 6.78.1% of roots distributed in the 0-40 cm soil,the deep of soil the less of roots.﹥1cm root accounted for 60.23% of the whole roots,91.33% of them distributed in 0-40 cm soil,and without under 60cm.0.2-1 cm root accounted for 32.34% of the total number,51.79% of them distributed in 20~40 cm soil,20.96% of them distributed in 40~60 cm soil.﹤0.2 cm root accounted for 7.44% of the total amount,35.08% of them in 20~40 cm soil,19.62%,22.85% and 14.52% of them in 0~20 cm,40~60 cm and 60~80 cm respectively,just 7.93% in 80~100 cm soil.[Conclusion] The study will provide scientific basis for timely and proper fertilization of kiwifruit in northern area of Qinling.
