【摘要】 [目的]研究溪黄草、虎杖水煎剂对家兔的利胆作用。[方法]采用十二指肠给药,观察溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂对家兔胆囊收缩频率以及对家兔胆道括约肌紧张性的影响。[结果]溪黄草水煎剂、虎杖水煎剂均显著增加胆囊收缩频率(P(0.01),显著降低胆道括约肌紧张性(P(0.01)。[结论]溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂对胆囊运动有加强作用,对胆道括约肌有明显舒张作用,说明溪黄草与虎杖有明显的利胆作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to study the choleretic effect of Xihuangcao and Huzhang in rabbits.[Method] After a duodenal administration,the gllbladder contraction frequency and bliary duct sphincter tension of Xihuangcao and Huzhang in rabbits were observed.[Result] In all groups treated with Xihuangcao or Huzhang especially,the gllbladder contraction frequency could be increased significantly(P<0.01),bliary duct sphincter tension could be deceased significantly(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Xihuangcao or Huzhang could strengthen gallbladder movement and diastole bliary duct sphincter.They had a markedly choleretic effect.更多还原
